I can assure you it is all true. The Glicks, Murray and Seth, are very professional, through, and efficient. They’re also friendly, pleasant and interesting people. They did everything you’d expect a good realtor to do, including helping us find the right price for our house, and of course marketing it. During a showing while we were far out of town, and our water heater blew up, and water was everywhere in the basement! Murray immediately face timed us, showing his shoes glopping through the waves. Our shock gave way to a sense of deep dread, as we could not return home for some days. The Glicks immediately stepped up. They handled it all quickly, efficiently, from water vacuuming, getting a de-humidifier, and contracting a plumber. The house was repaired, cleaned up and back on the market in record time with just a plumbing bill and no real damage. In a relatively short time the house sold for a bit more than we were expecting. You could do worse than Murray and Seth Glick, but I seriously doubt you could do better. We are very grateful for the incredible service they rendered us. Highly recommended, very highly. They took the time to understand our needs, appropriately assessed the value of the home, and listed it with excellent photos and a video. Despite listing in the Winter, we had showings and offers in short order. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule with a small child, and were quick to respond to everything we asked.
